Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations has announced a price increase on Dayton brand truck and bus radial tires sold in the U.S.

The company says that it will increase prices by 20% on all Dayton truck and bus tires shipped on or after March 5, 2019. In a brief statement, Bridgestone attributed the price hike to increased business costs and other market dynamics.

This is the second such price increase on Dayton brand tires in just the past few months. In September of last year, the company increased prices by 10%.

Members of the Bridgestone Commercial sales team are contacting customers to provide more detailed information about the changes.
