Marangoni and Vipal Agree to Retreading Partnership
Global retreading companies Marangoni and Borrachas Vipal have agreed to combine forces through a partnership agreement that is expected to develop in 2019.

Global retreading companies Marangoni and Borrachas Vipal have agreed to combine forces through a partnership agreement that is expected to develop in 2019.
The early focus of the partnership with be in North and South American markets. The agreement is aimed at increasing the synergies and production, and strengthening the industrial and commercial organization of both groups.
“We are pleased to finally be able to announce this agreement, which is the first result of the new strategic lines of development we recently adopted,” said Vittorio Marangoni, chairman of the Marangoni Group.
Italy-based Marangoni designs and builds machinery for industrial companies in the retread sector and produces industrial tires and compounds for technical products. It has industrial and commercial facilities in Germany, Turkey, the U.K., North America, China, Brazil, South America, Russia, and South Africa.
Borrachas Vipal is a retreading brand for Latin American markets based in Brazil. The group has three plants in Brazil as well as a research and technology center with its products shipped to 90 countries.
