Michelin has released the Michelin X Multi Z2, a regional all-position tire designed for applications such as food logistics, urban delivery and transit systems. Built to meet the demands of fleets that operate in varied environments and weather conditions, the tire is intended to provide dependable traction and extended service life to support consistent and cost-effective operations.

The Michelin X Multi Z2 is SmartWay verified and delivers measurable improvements in both mileage and efficiency. Compared to the previous Michelin XZE2 tire, it offers 20% more mileage and 17% lower rolling resistance, contributing to better fuel economy and reduced operating costs. These enhancements were achieved through the use of Michelin’s Regenion technology, which optimizes tread design to maintain traction performance over the life of the tire while improving wear and efficiency.

The tire carries a Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMSF) certification, indicating its suitability for severe winter conditions. It is also built with Michelin’s Powercoil technology, which reinforces the casing to improve durability and support retreadability.

The Michelin X Multi Z2 will be available in two sizes: 11R22.5 and 295/75R22.5.
