Noregon, a company specializing in diagnostics and connected vehicle solutions, named Pam Marion as the company’s president and chief operating officer to lead the company’s day-to-day operations and execute strategies for growth.
Marion brings software as a service experience to Noregon, having served as chief customer officer for both Omnitracs and Domo. Prior to serving as CCO, Marion spent twelve years at SAP in a variety of roles that included positions in service, sales and custom solutions. Prior to joining Noregon, Marion served as global SVP of customer success for Genesys.
At prior organizations, Marion’s leadership resulted in increased software renewals and record levels of expansion revenue, plus major improvements in customer and employee engagement, company officials said in a press release.
“After a comprehensive executive search, it became clear Mrs. Marion was the right fit for Noregon,” said Noregon’s Founder Bill Hathaway. “Not only is she a proven leader, but her extensive experience in software and technology positioned her as the perfect candidate for this role.”
Hathaway maintains his active role as executive chairman and will focus on strategy development and new market opportunities.
