Over 100 companies and organizations in the trucking industry have expressed strong support of a new bill that proposes allowing drivers under the age of 21 to cross states lines.
Bill to Allow Younger Interstate Truck Drivers Reintroduced
Reintroduced for the third time, the DRIVE-Safe Act proposes to allow certified commercial truck driver’s who are under 21 to cross state lines after completing safety training and apprenticeship opportunities.
