Yellow Roadway and USF both announced special shareholders meetings on May 23, 2005. At the Yellow Roadway meeting, shareholders will consider approving the issuance of additional shares of Yellow Roadway common stock in connection with the acquisition.
At the USF meeting, shareholders will consider approval of the merger.
Yellow Roadway and USF, both LTLs with Teamsters Union contracts, announced their deal in February.
