Wabash’s New Tank Trailer Exec Tasked With Strategic Growth
Wabash National has appointed Dave Hill as the company’s vice president and general manager of Wabash Tank Trailers.

Wabash National has appointed Dave Hill as the company’s vice president and general manager of Wabash Tank Trailers.
In his new role, Hill will lead the strategic growth for Wabash’s Beall, Brenner, Bulk and Walker tank trailer brands. Prior to joining Wabash, Hill was general manager at Knapheide Truck Equipment company, where he was responsible for production and upfitting of more than 5,000 trucks a year.
In his career he has also worked for other heavy equipment and industrial companies including Oshkosh Truck, Case New Holland and General Motors.
Also joining Wabash is Jay Morfitt as director of business development and strategy for Wabash Tank Trailers. He is tasked with driving the integration of Wabash’s tank trailer brands and the implementation of a global customer service team.
Morfitt has a background in sales, marketing and business development from companies such as Maytag and Hamilton Beach/Proctor Silex. He most recently was director of strategic planning and marketing for Heil Trailer International/EnTrans International.
