Vipar Heavy Duty has signed an agreement with Accuride Corporation to offer Accuride Wheels and Gunite wheel-end components to the Mexican heavy-duty market.

Under the agreement, Vipar Heavy Duty's network of truck parts professionals in Mexico will add the two programs to their portfolio of brands. This is Accuride's first program group offering to the Mexican aftermarket.

"Vipar Heavy Duty has had a long and successful relationship with Accuride Corporation in the U.S. and Canada," said Chris Baer, vice president, Vipar Heavy Duty. "We are grateful for their support as we expand our distribution footprint in Mexico with these new programs."

Products in the program include wheel band spacers, steel and aluminum wheels, and demountable rims from Accuride Wheels, along with brake drums, spoke wheels, air disc brakes, rotors, disc wheel hubs and automatic slack adjusters from Gunite.

Based in Evansville, Ind., Accuride Corporation manufactures and supplies wheels for heavy- and medium-duty trucks and commercial trailers.
