Transcontinental Refrigerated Lines (TRL), a nationwide temperature-controlled and dry van carrier, is now offering all company drivers a “Two-for-One” program – two weeks on the road gets drivers one week guaranteed off the road.
Additionally, the company announced there will be no change in pay scales and the drivers will still be able to choose which fleet they run with. Company drivers will also still be eligible for full benefits. The program will call for drivers to slip seat their trucks, be responsible for the cleanout when they complete their two weeks on, and provide their own transportation back and forth.
