TMC Transportation, a division of Annett Holdings Inc., among the largest privately-held flatbed carriers in the nation, honored TMC owner-operator John Te Poel with the Driver of the Fourth Quarter award for 2006.
Te Poel, an owner-operator who started driving for TMC in 1992, was recognized for his years of service with the company, safe driving record, excellent customer service, professionalism and overall quality performance.
TMC, founded in 1972, is headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa, and is one of the top 100 carriers in the nation based on revenue.
