STI Holdings, the parent company of Stoughton Trailers LLC, announced the acquisition of Barrett Trailers in Purcell, Okla.
Barrett is a leading manufacturer of gooseneck stock trailers, groundload livestock trailers, and semi livestock trailers, with the primary purpose of hauling hogs and cattle.

"Barrett’s commitment to quality fits very well with our vision, and we plan on increasing production in this marketplace," says Robert Wahlin, president of Stoughton Trailers.
Stoughton Trailers will be retaining the Barrett name.
Stoughton is one of the largest trailer manufacturers in North America, producing a variety of 53’-foot dry vans, domestic containers, chassis, and grain trailers.
