Stemco has hired Eric Vaillancourt as its new president, succeeding Todd Anderson.
Vaillancourt comes to Stemco with more than 30 years of experience, most recently serving as the president of Garlock Sealing Products, a fellow EnPro Industries company.

Before his time at Garlock, Vaillancourt held progressing titles at BlueLinx Corp., a distributor of building products in North America, ultimately holding the position of regional vice president of northern sales and distribution. His experience also includes working as an area sales manager for Georgia-Pacific.
Vaillancourt has continued his education over the years, completing the Harvard University Advanced Management Program in 2014.
The companies also said they plan to coordinate deployment planning across priority freight corridors and define routes and operational design domains for U.S. commercial service while laying the groundwork for expansion into key European markets.
