CIMC Intermodal Equipment has named Frank Sonzala, formerly with San Antonio-based Pressure Systems International, as its president and CEO.
The company is a major supplier of domestic chassis and container parts and operates a chassis production and assembly facility in South Gate, Calif.
Before taking the helm at CIMC, Sonzala served for 22 years at PSI, which manufactures the Meritor Tire Inflation System by P.S.I.
Prior to that, he held executive positions with International Transquip and Reef Industries.
In addition, Sonzala has held board positions with IANA (Intermodal Association of North America) and the Truckload Carriers Association.
