Purkeys has partnered with AutoMeter, a heavy-duty electrical system testing and battery maintenance solutions provider, on a line of dual-branded preventive maintenance products.

The goal of the partnership is to offer a line of heavy-duty electrical test equipment and battery maintenance tools that are simple to use, accurate, and high-performing.

This dual-branded line of products includes the following:

6-Station Battery Charger

An automatic, multi-station, 5-amp battery charger that charges up to six batteries at a time and is safe for both AGM and flooded cell batteries. It is designed for fleets that want to save on space, but not skimp on power.

Milliamp Clip-On Ammeter

A clip-on ammeter that can be used to identify parasitic loads without interrupting the circuit. The device clips onto the interlocking jaws around a wire to measure up to 4000 mA.

Handheld Electrical Analyzer

A portable electrical tester that can test cranking systems, charging systems, liftgate charging systems, and voltage drop. It is designed for performing preventative maintenance checks away from the shop.

Benchtop Electrical Analyzer

The electrical tester is for performing preventive maintenance checks. It tests batteries (flooded cell and AGM), cranking systems, charging systems, liftgate charging systems, and voltage drop. It can reduce the time needed to identify and troubleshoot electrical issues.
