Advantage PressurePro and Globe Tracker International ApS are partnering to bring intermodal customers the ability to track cargo and tire pressure information.
PressurePro’s tire monitoring system will allow fleets to optimize metrics like tire life, fuel efficiency, road safety as well as combat tire theft by being able to remotely track tire pressure and location. Combined with Globe Trackers intermodal tracking system, which tracks assets, the combination is aimed at fleets operating out of marine and intermodal terminal areas.
The companies will showcase the integrated technologies at the Intermodal Asia Tradeshow event scheduled for March 24-26 in Shanghai, China.
“Combining our industry leading solutions is another step forward in the revolution of smart units,” said Edward Lutsko, manager of technology at PressurePro. “Giving companies the capability to track and report their assets while simultaneously monitoring their tire performance can help users transform their maintenance efforts, increasing production and generating further revenue for customers.”
