Paschall Recognizes Goodyear, Wingfoot Tire Services

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. and Wingfoot Commercial Tire Systems LLC have received Paschall Truck Lines Inc.'s "Maintenance Vendor of the Year" award at the trucking company's annual vendor dinner.
The award was presented to the two companies for technical support, ability to help lower costs, product performance and "a desire to be part of a team effort," according to Paschall officials.
Dave Beasley, director of commercial tire sales for Goodyear, said, "I would like to thank our entire team that helped make this possible in 2007. This is a huge achievement and testimonial with such an important customer."
Frank Payne, vice president of operations for Wingfoot Commercial Tire Systems, said, "This was the true definition of a team effort as we created a superior program on new tires, retreads and service. Wingfoot is proud to serve Paschall Truck Lines."
Truckload carrier Paschall Truck Lines Inc., based in Murray, Ky., offers freight transportation services nationwide. The company operates terminals in Kentucky, Tennessee and Texas, where it has maintenance facilities in four cities. It maintains a fleet of about 1,350 tractors and 3,200 trailers.
