Old Dominion purchased and remodeled the Brownsburg facility, which covers 18 acres and features 63 doors. The service center will provide the space and resources to increase the less-than-truckload carrier’s capacity, grow its business and hire more employees, according to Old Dominion. The facility also has the capacity to add 50 more doors in the future.

"With nearly 80 employees, the opening of this 18-acre service center will allow Old Dominion to continue to provide the premium service our customers have come to expect," said Mark Cox, Brownsburg service center manager for Old Dominion. "OD is committed to this area and helping the community grow.”

Old Dominion Freight Line is a Thomasville, N.C.-based carrier offering regional, inter-regional and national LTL service.
