Vanguard Truck Centers, a Volvo Trucks North America dealership with facilities in six states, recently opened a new location in Georgetown, Texas, just outside of Austin, making it the eighth facility in Texas and the 19th overall.

Vanguard Truck Centers, a Volvo Trucks North America dealership with facilities in six states, recently opened a new location in Georgetown, Texas, just outside of Austin, making it the eighth facility in Texas and the 19th overall.

“Vanguard Truck Centers continues to be one of Volvo Trucks’ important dealer partners,” said Peter Voorhoeve, president of Volvo Trucks North America.
Located on six acres, the new site features 12 drive-through service bays covering 11,400 square feet, with 5,300 square feet dedicated to it parts business.
While Vanguard Truck Centers first moved to the Austin area in 2007, the Georgetown facility will be the first full-service Class 8 truck dealership north of Austin.
“We’re proud of our reputation as a leading dealer group here in Texas and in the region surrounding Austin due to the hard work put in and investments made over the years,” said Russell Fields, the Austin region manager for Vanguard Truck Centers.
