New Century Transportation announced that Mark Olszewski has been named president of the New Jersey-based transportation company. As president, Olszewski will oversee the organization's management and operations, in addition to the design and implementation of revenue growth strategies.

Olszewski has over 25 years of related experience in the transportation industry, beginning his career with less-than-truckload carrier Roadway Express in 1983. While at Roadway Express, he held various management positions, including director of regional operations and vice president of the western division.

Most recently, Olszewski was the senior executive responsible for the complete operation of YRC Reimer and YRC Mexico where he directed daily operations and sales functions for 35 strategic locations throughout Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.
