Fleet solutions provider National Energy Control Services has formed a strategic partnership with John Hill, president of The Hill Group and former administrator of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration
. Through the partnership, the two will help fleets with driver safety risks associated with Department of Transportation and Comprehensive Safety Analysis 2010 compliance.
"Our common goal is to help companies overcome the many challenges associated with safety, regulatory compliance, and operating cost-effectiveness in a complex regulatory environment ... and particularly in light of the new CSA 2010 regulations," said David A. Fuhs, president and CEO of NECS.
According to Fuhs, Hill will work with Paul Provencal, NECS director and senior compliance consultant, to assist fleet owners and operators in assessing any risk factors associated with their current compliance status and to implement any necessary corrective actions.
