Land O'Lakes Dairy Foods Logistics has named Mike Williams Trucking of Medford, Wis., its 2004 Dairy Foods Carrier of the Year.
The award was presented at Land O'Lakes second annual Carrier Partner Meeting in Arden Hills, Minn.
The Dairy Foods Carrier of the Year award recognizes a Land O'Lakes carrier that consistently exceeds the company's expectations and helps find solutions to its business needs. Land O'Lakes selects its award recipient on three criteria -- service, quality and cost.
According to the Land O’Lakes announcement, Mike Williams Trucking recorded a 97.53% on-time record last year. The company, which has six trucks and six drivers, also had an excellent customer service rating and consistently ranked among Land O'Lakes Top 10 carriers for equipment quality.
