Marten Transport, Mondovi, Wis., announced that starting Nov. 1, it will raise settlement rates for owner-operators by 2 cents per mile across the board to its scale.


"Being able to increase our settlement rate at this time and offer consistent freight and miles is evidence of Marten's stability and long-term planning," says Tim Norlin, Director of Recruiting.
