Mack Expands Support for Body Builders
Mack Trucks expanded its customer and body builder support by creating a body builder order manager position along with a support team.

Mack Trucks expanded its customer and body builder support by creating a body builder order manager position along with a support team. This team will ensure effective collaboration among body builders, dealers and customers during the ordering and installation process.
Mack named Gene Olenick the body builder order manager. He is responsible for developing and coordinating customer specifications throughout the order process. The body builder support group headed by Olenick will offer access to Mack product experts to answer questions that may arise during the installation process.
The body builder group will be located at Mack’s new Uptime Center in Greensboro, N.C., near the Mack headquarters.
“Mack has gained tremendous knowledge during many decades of working with body equipment manufacturers,” said Stu Russoli, Mack vocational segment product manager. “Our new body builder resources connect that insight to the order and body installation process to make sure critical information is shared from the time a truck is ordered to the time it’s delivered to the customer.”
