Isuzu Commercial Truck of America has beaten two long-standing sales records in 2015 – one for sales of Isuzu Commercial Trucks and the other for the highest parts sales, the company announced.
Isuzu dealers sold 20,725 trucks to customers last year, surpassing its old high for Isuzu truck sales in the U.S. There was a 10.5% gain in Isuzu N-Series sales compared with 2014. This outpaced the rest of the industry’s Class 3-5 sales through Oct. 2015, the latest month for which figures are available, which were up 5% in the same period.
Isuzu also sold 5.5% more parts in the U.S. than it did in 2014, once again topping the previous high for sales.
Isuzu Commercial Truck of America is headquartered in Anaheim, Calif. and is a subsidiary of Isuzu Motors Limited, which produces medium- and heavy-duty trucks globally.
