Holman’s father Joseph is the chairman and his sister Mindy is the president and CEO of the New Jersey-based company.
Holman will be responsible for overseeing the company’s grant program, which provides more than 1 million in funds to more than 300 organizations annually. Holman has already established a committee to review grant requests and is changing to an online application process.
Prior to joining the company, Holman ran a custom furniture business in Vermont for 30 years. Before than, he helped build low-income housing in Florida, Colorado and California with the American Friends Service Committee. He graduated from Davidson College.
