HDT Survey Wants Fleet Input on Alt-Fuels and Zero-Emission Vehicles

2 min to read

Help HDT’s editors stay on top of one of the most rapidly changing challenges in trucking — decarbonizing transportation using alternative fuels and zero-emissions vehicles.

We're asking fleet managers of medium- and heavy-duty trucks to complete a short survey about what fuels you’re currently using and considering for future fleet adoption. We want to know how fleets are currently addressing this issue, how they plan to in the future — or if they are making alt-fuel or electrification plans at all.

Questions cover topics such as:

  • Current use of alternative fuels, such as biodiesel, natural gas, and renewable fuels

  • Current use of electric trucks

  • Future plans for alternative fuels and electrification

  • Challenges and roadblocks to adopting alternative fuels or electric vehicles

Please participate in our research to help us gain valuable insights on how fleets approach this pressing issue — insight we’ll share with you.

With this information, HDT’s editors can report on the latest trends and best practices, based on real-world input from those who have successfully made the transition. If you haven’t, we want to know that, too. We’ll use the results to get a better idea of the challenges and roadblocks in the way and prioritize finding answers in our future content.

As a thank-you for completing the survey, we will send a comprehensive report to fleet participants on the results.

The survey is nearing the end, so it's your last chance to provide your input. Click the link below and answer a few short questions; it should take no more than six minutes.

Survey responses will be kept confidential and used only for the report. Those who provide their email address will receive a special report on the survey results.
