Great Western Leasing and Sales Acquires Pacific Truck & Trailer
Great Western Leasing and Sales has acquired the Oregon-based new and used trailer dealership Pacific Truck & Trailer.

Pacific Truck & Trailer offers sales repairs, maintenance and parts and distributes trailers for a broad range of manufacturers including Wilson Trailer Co., East Manufacturing Corp., Manac Trailer USA, and Kalyn Siebert.
The acquisition is part of Great Western’s long-term plan of building a larger geographic footprint to allow the company to better position itself to offer more creative trailer solutions. In June, Great Western Leasing acquired certain assets of Morfin's Trailer to expand the repair and maintenance capabilities at its Fontana, Calif., location. The company now offers a full suite of trailer repair and maintenance solutions at each of its four locations.
"We are excited to have completed the acquisition as it expands our reach into the Pacific Northwest, an area we had targeted for growth," said Sean Norton, founder and CEO of Great Western Leasing. "We are also looking forward to enhancing Pacific Truck & Trailer's service offerings to include the finance, leasing and rental solutions we provide at our Fontana, Houston and Salt Lake City locations."
Great Western Leasing and Sales is a full-service integrated solutions provider to the flatbed and specialized trailer industry with a network of facilities in the western U.S.
