Distribution Technologies Inc., Newbury, Ohio, known as DistTech has appointed Robin Hacke director of operations for the southeast.
DistTech provides dedicated contract carriage, common carriage and logistics services and returnable container management for liquid bulk commodities.
In his new position, Hacke is responsible for terminal operations at DistTech’s six facilities in Georgia and Texas. He is based in Reynolds, Ga.
Hacke is a 32-year veteran in the trucking industry who began his career with DistTech in 1989 as a driver based at the company’s Gurnee, Ill. facility. Hacke has worked his way through the ranks in several operational positions, including loader, dispatcher, supervisor and terminal manager. Most recently, he was logistics manager for the Reynolds terminal.
