The U.S. national DEF pump price remained level at $2.79 per gallon for the third consecutive month in February 2013. Prior to this period, the national average has only held steady month-to-month once, which occured in April 2012.

Prior to this period, the national average has only held steady month-to-month once, which occured in April 2012.
The national Canadian DEF pump price also held level at CAD $0.80 per liter in February. The average price has not changed since the first pump came online in October 2011.
The rate at which Canadian truck stop chains add bulk DEF facilities has increased. In total, six locations came online last month and there are now 19 locations offering bulk DEF at the pump.
