Minnesota-based Dart Transit Co. has named its November and December 2006 Contractors of the Month. Larry Hamilton at the Dallas Operating Center and Monika Jacobsen at the Eagan Operating Center are the November Contractors of the Month.
The December Contractors of the Month are Peggie Glaspy at the Dallas Operating Center and Dana Ellefson at the Eagan Operating Center. Contractors of the Month are recognized for their on-time performance, dependability and safety record.
Dart Contractors of the Month receive certificates and gifts from Dart's "Pro Shop." Dart Contractors of the Year are selected from its Contractors of the Month.
Dart Transit Co. is the nation's 14th largest truckload dry-van carrier, offering 48-state, dedicated and regional service with 2,500 independent owner-operators. It offers asset-based rail service through Dart Intermodal Inc., logistics and brokerage services through Advantage Transportation Inc., and storage services through Dart Advantage Warehousing Inc. and Dart Portable Storage Inc.
