DAF Trucks NV, the Dutch truck manufacturing subsidiary of Paccar Inc., says it will raise daily production to 120 vehicles later this year.
The company had previously announced that it would raise production from 100 trucks at the start of the year to 110 in March. The figures don't include the five Leyland trucks DAF produces daily. With the additional production, the company said it will build about 28,000 DAF CF and XF series this year, up 20% from 1999.
