CRST Van Expedited, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, has been selected by readers of Logistics Management as one of the nation’s leading expedited motor carriers in its annual Quest for Quality survey.
In its 22nd year, the survey selects the nation’s top carriers, warehouse operators and third-party providers for service excellence.
“We strive to live by our company mission and quality statements at all levels of the company on a daily basis,” said Dave Rusch, president and COO of CRST Carrier Group. “Our focus is always on exceeding our customers’ expectations on every freight movement. It’s gratifying to know that our customers recognize and appreciate our efforts.”
Survey participants were asked to rate the service providers they currently use on such attributes as on-time performance, information technology, customer service, equipment and operations and overall value. The names of Quest for Quality winners are published annually in the August issue of Logistics Management and awards are formally presented at a dinner in the fall.
CRST Van Expedited, a company of CRST International, has a fleet of more than 1,650 trucks and 3,700 professional drivers.
