C.R. England announced two important changes in its leadership: Zach England will be the new vice president of dedicated, and Coby Bullard will be the new vice president of intermodal.

In his position, England will be responsible for more than 1,150 trucks and 1,500 employees, which create more than 20% of the company's revenue. He joined England Logistics, a third-party logistics company and subsidiary of C.R. England, in 2004. During his time there, he created and set the foundation for England Carrier Services, a division that provides coverage for its smaller carriers through accounts receivable factoring and other services. In 2007, England moved into the role of vice president of intermodal.

Bullard worked for BNSF Railway before joining C.R. England, and his significant roles there included senior market manager, director of operations support and director of domestic intermodal. In 2011, he was named director of international customer support. In his new position with C.R. England, Bullard will oversee all components of the company's intermodal offering.
