Carrier Transicold Names Dealer of the Year
Kile Truck Refrigeration of Nashville, Tenn., was named Carrier Transicold’s 2012 North America Dealer of the Year at the annual meeting of Carrier Transicold’s Americas Truck/Trailer/Rail dealers.
Kile Truck Refrigeration of Nashville, Tenn., was named Carrier Transicold’s 2012 North America Dealer of the Year at the annual meeting of Carrier Transicold’s Americas Truck/Trailer/Rail dealers.
Carrier Transicold dealer representatives from the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Ecuador, Venezuela, Central America and the Caribbean gathered for the event. A total of 67 awards were presented for 2012 performance and business investment.
This is the second North America Dealer of the Year award for Kile Truck Refrigeration, having also been named in 2000.
“In 2012, Kile Truck Refrigeration excelled in all areas – customer satisfaction, service proficiency, year-over-year improvement, investment and growth,” said Tom Spencer, manager, dealer network, Carrier Transicold. “Their strong performance was a result of their professionalism, passion and focus on customers.”
Kile Truck Refrigeration also received Carrier Transicold’s first-ever “Extra Mile” Award. The award recognizes, “Exemplary customer service delivered consistently over time,” said Spencer.
Reinforcing Kile Truck Refrigeration’s strong service record, the dealership’s Mark Garner was named Dealer Service Manager of the Year.
Also at the dealer meeting, Elroy Sperle of Interstate PowerSystems, Minneapolis, Minn., was recognized as Dealer Sales Manager of the Year, and Jon Rysdorp, of Carrier Transicold of Detroit, Lincoln Park, Mich., was named Dealer Parts Manager of the Year.
