Barr-Nunn Transportation, Granger, IA announced that their mileage based company drivers will see their pay lifted $.04 per mile and owner operators running in Barr-Nunn's Northeast Regional Fleet will receive a $.05 raise per mile.
Company drivers with hazmat endorsement will now be starting at $.45 per mile, while owner operators with the endorsement will start at $.97 per mile.
This raise comes in addition to the other benefits and driver-friendly programs Barr-Nunn offers, including band pay, a 401(k) program which begins from Day 1, paid practical miles, raises of $.005 for every 60,000 safe paid miles, and appreciation bonuses, amongst others.
