Apex Capital Corp. introduced its Mobile Factoring invoicing app as a new value-added service for its customers during the Mid-America Trucking Show. The company said the app “will help trucking companies run their business straight from their mobile device to receive the fastest funding [via factoring] possible.”

Apex clients may download the app to iOS and Android devices at no charge. Using the mobile devices, drivers can photograph paperwork for each load and send them directly to the Apex Account Management Portal so that truck owners can quickly create and issue invoices to ensure that they are paid as quickly as possible.

In addition, customers can use the app to create and submit schedules, check broker and shipper credit before accepting a load; receive “push” notifications; and find the best fuel prices based on their location along a specific route.

“We know our clients are mobile, so it’s important to provide them with business solutions that fit their lifestyles,” said Brian Carlgren, Apex Capital senior manager. “Apex implements the latest technological advancements in order to help our clients run their businesses more efficiently.”

Founded in 1995, Fort Worth, Texas-based Apex Capital Corp. is a full-service freight factoring firm that specializes in serving small- to medium-sized trucking companies.
