Xata Corporation's RouteTracker fleet performance management solution is now available for Verizon Wireless enterprise customers.
Subscription fees for Xata Turnpike, a division of Xata, will be directly added to customers' Verizon Wireless bills.

Xata Turnpike's RouteTracker device transmits Global Positioning System (GPS) and other important vehicle data to a wireless phone and sends the data back to a hosted website. Verizon Wireless customers can easily access Xata Turnpike on their Verizon Wireless handsets, providing fleet efficiencies such as hours of service tracking and logging. Through the partnership, Verizon Wireless customers can integrate fleet and driver data with other third-party applications they are using so the data can be easily collected and analyzed.
