Roadranger Marketing is now offering its automated transmission extender protection plan to owner-operators in the United States and Canada.
In addition to providing additional warranty after the original factory warranty runs out, the program includes the benefit of numerous component upgrades.

Initially established for fleets, the automated transmission extender program allows truck owners to buy an additional year of automated transmission protection within linehaul applications for a maximum of seven years or 850,000 miles. Additional benefits include the ability to sign up after standard warranty expiration, no late registration penalties and coverage is transferrable to subsequent owners.

This program is available for linehaul applications only, and there is no minimum number of trucks to qualify. The coverage begins at the point of registration and is available at all original equipment truck dealers that sell and service linehaul trucks containing Eaton AutoShift and UltraShift transmissions. All requests for coverage must be approved and pass an Eaton-certified inspection process.
