Prophesy Transportation Solutions and Teletrac have integrated Prophesy Dispatch Series Software and Fleet Director.


Integration with Fleet Director gives Prophesy Dispatch users access to Teletrac features such as turn-by-turn navigation, real-time vehicle tracking, live traffic data and highly accurate estimated time of arrival to simplify workforce management.

Combined with Fleet Director's two-way messaging capabilities, communications between dispatchers and drivers become more efficient and effective. For example, 'new loads' and all associated data created in Prophesy Dispatch are automatically sent to the drivers' in-cab device. Drivers can instantly notify dispatchers regarding key load information and confirmations, arrivals, departures, BOL, actual weight, actual quantity, delivery notes, and other information processed by Prophesy Dispatch, all at the touch of a few buttons via the Fleet Director in-cab unit.

Additionally, GPS vehicle tracking lets dispatchers know the precise location of each vehicle, ensuring complete visibility of vehicle movements and activities.
