Peterbilt offers the Models 367 LNG and 386 LNG with the Westport HD engine, providing equal horsepower, torque, and efficiency to a diesel-fueled engine.
Powered by the Westport GX engine, Peterbilt's Models 386 LNG and 367 LNG offer up to 475 horsepower and 1,750 pounds-feet of torque. The 15-liter Westport GX engine uses high pressure direct injection, proprietary fuel injectors, specialized cryogenic fuel tanks, and associated electronic components.
Peterbilt continues to offer a full range of compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) power platforms in the Models 384, 365 and 320, which are equipped with the Cummins Westport ISL-G engine. Tthe ISL-G natural gas engine offers a 320-horsepower rating and 1,000 pounds-feet of torque, making it an excellent choice for short-haul, regional, refuse and dump trucks with GCW/GVW rated up to 66,000 pounds.
