Pegasus TransTech has introduced TransFlo Web, an online document management system that can be accessed through any internet-connected computer.
The product helps small fleets bill faster and get paid sooner and provides large fleets with expanded access and flexibility in managing driver documents.
Small fleets will have an end-to-end document processing solution that eliminates the need for piles of paper documents. TransFlo Web customers can instantly view and store delivery documents, create invoices, and print, save, or email them with supporting documents to any shipper or third party. Users also can receive and process driver logs and payroll information.
Large fleets have instant access to documents that can be tagged and e-mailed to any department for special projects or purposes. The system can be implemented overnight without the need for any special IT coding or hosting project.
Documents are scanned into TransFlo Web through TransFlo Express truckstop scanning or TransFlo Now! anywhere scanning. From TransFlo Web, images can be worked online, emailed, printed or saved.
Once documents are in TransFlo Web, fleets with separate billing, payroll and safety departments can view and route documents to any department using Pegasus TransTech's workflow tool. For example, human resources, legal, compliance, and driver recruiting departments can be automated and receive instant access to driver documents as needed using TransFlo Web. Because it is Web-based, software updates, enhancements, new features and maintenance are done by Pegasus TransTech at no charge to the customer.
