Mitchell 1 announced a new release of its online troubleshooting program Repair-Connect that expands the vehicles covered down to Class 4.


Originally released for 10-liter and above diesel engines, the latest release will help service Classes 4-8 trucks and provide engine diagnostic information for both gas and diesel engines. Mitchell 1 has also added improvements to the user interface.

Repair-Connect speeds up the repair process by taking an experienced technician directly to the service information he needs by simply inputting the Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC). When the trouble code is entered into Repair-Connect, in seconds seven tabs open which contain information specific to the code such as component and location views, R&I, wiring diagrams, specs and more.
