J. J. Keller & Associates launched a comprehensive outsource service for identifying and correcting driver-based deficiencies.
The new DQ Platinum service uses the daily monitoring of drivers' DOT roadside inspections, along with the management of driver qualification documentation, to identify driver compliance deficiencies before they become liabilities.
The service flags critical compliance gaps that are often overlooked or unknown, such as unidentified or improperly qualified drivers. In addition, the service detects inaccurate or questionable roadside inspection data and takes the steps necessary to get it removed from the carrier's DOT number.
The service includes daily monitoring and notification of inspected drivers, monthly CSA reports, receipt and retention of roadside inspection reports, DataQ administration and tracking, and CSA intervention support. It also provides companies with exposure and reporting across all of the CSA Behavioral Analysis and Safety Improvement Categories.
"DQ Platinum is the perfect solution for companies that are working to minimize their DOT exposure," says Scot Rambo, director of compliance services at J. J. Keller. "We're helping companies protect themselves from intervention and litigation by being extremely proactive with the management of their driver qualification and CSA data."
J.J. Keller will also host a free webcast, "Driver Qualification and Roadside Inspections: Understanding the CSA Connection," on Tuesday, Feb. 28 from 1 to 2 p.m. CST. The webcast covers topics such as DOT standards for DQ, common roadside inspection violations, and how inspections impact BASIC scores. Register for the webcast at jjkellerservices.com.
