Double Coin Tires and China Manufacturers Alliance introduced the OptiGreen Series of EPA SmartWay Verified fuel-efficient tires.

The OptiGreen Series includes the FR605, FD405, FT105 and the recently introduced FT125 super wide trailer position tires. A fifth addition, the FD425 super wide drive position tire, will come later this year.

Also new is the seven-year limited casing warranty on select OptiGreen products. Double Coin's standard TBR tire warranty, which includes 50% free replacement and two retread casing guarantee, is now extended to seven years on the FR605, FD405, and FT105 OptiGreen Series products.

The FR605 ultra premium fuel-efficient steer position tire is available in six tire sizes and features a five-rib tread design, extensive siping and side decoupling groove that enhances even wear and traction in long haul steer axle positions.

The FD405 is a drive position tire promoting lower cost per mile by using a closed shoulder and deep 26/32-inch tread design with stone drilling protectors. Double Coin's two trailer position tires, the FT105 and the FT125 super wide trailer position tire, have wide, flat footprints to promote even wear.
