Aljex Adds Positive Pay, Direct Deposit
Aljex Software has added Positive Pay and Direct Deposit as options in its online software services to help customers improve productivity and avoid losses from check fraud
Aljex Software has added Positive Pay and Direct Deposit as options in its online software services to help customers improve productivity and avoid losses from check fraud.
Positive Pay enables banks to electronically verify checks before payment. Direct Deposit, also know as ACH (Automated Clearing House), enables payment directly to a vendor's bank account without writing and mailing checks.
For Aljex customers, Positive Pay and Direct Deposit are established EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) functions. EDI is integrated with Aljex's hosted software and available as an option at low cost. There is a one-time setup fee to meet the transmission requirements of an individual customer's bank. Customer's can use both through their daily business interface without switching to another application.
