The Illinois-based company says the change formally recognizes the growing importance of trucking operations as an integral part of Hub Group's expanding portfolio of transportation service offerings.
Hub Group Trucking operates in 48 states with a footprint of over 2,800 drivers. Currently it has 28 terminals nationwide, with more terminal openings on the horizon. The company's offerings will continue to include intermodal drayage and regional trucking.
Hub Group is an $3 billion asset light freight transportation management company providing intermodal, truck brokerage and logistics services, operating through a network of offices and agents in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
