The Wisconsin-based Roehl will operate the cold storage business as Roehl Cold Storage, and the trucking operation will become a part of Roehl Transport.
The cold storage warehouses are in Vesper and Owen, Wisc.. The Owen location has 120,000 square feet of storage and the Vesper warehouse is 38,000 square feet.
Roehl has offered employment to former Brock employees.
