High-Speed, Reduced Weight

The Railgate 5500 is built for fleets that demand both speed and efficiency, operating twice as fast as comparable hydraulic systems while weighing 200 pounds less.

Its faster lift times and lighter weight allow trucks to carry more while saving thirty minutes per route in a typical application.

Fleet directors gain the flexibility to increase capacity, streamline routes, and cut unexpected overtime.

With no hydraulic components to maintain, the Beltdraulic Railgate eliminates common service issues like seasonal oil changes, cracked hoses, and frequent system inspections, the company said in a press release.

According to Rise, the state-of-the-art electric drive system is so efficient that it does not need a dual-pole connection, preventing starter battery drain.

The Railgate 5500 consumes half the energy of hydraulic liftgates, thanks to its lighter weight and regenerative lowering system.

The Rise Beltdraulic Railgate features a five-year, 200,000-cycle warranty.

Intelligent Control System

The Railgate 5500 features corrosion-resistant materials and sealed electronics rated to IP67 standards, ensuring consistent operation across extreme temperatures and harsh road conditions.

The liftgate’s intelligent controls provide smooth and precise platform movement, reducing wear on equipment, protecting cargo, and enhancing operator comfort and safety.

“The Beltdraulic Railgate 5500 is designed to keep fleets moving,” said Hiten Sonpal, CEO of Rise Robotics. “By addressing common pain points like slow cycle times and hydraulic maintenance, we are giving fleet operators the tools they need to stay ahead in today’s fast-paced logistics industry.”
