Celadon Group has announced that it completed the disposition of all assets associated with its flatbed trucking division to a subsidiary of PS Logistics, a flatbed-focused transportation and logistics provider.
The acquisition of Tennessee-based carriers adds a combined 220 new drivers, 210 tractor trucks and over 500 trailers to the P&S fleet offering reefer, flatbed and dump trucking services to customers including the aluminum, steel, food and building materials industries, according to PS Logistics.
