Bandag’s DR 5.3 and DR4.3 are two retread patterns designed for drive applications in truckload, less-than-truckload and pick-up and delivery fleets.

The Bandag DR 5.3 closed-shoulder drive pattern features a durable shoulder designed for long tread life and uniform wear. The retread also has an aggressive lug pattern for stronger traction, stone rejecters to prevent stone drilling and is made of a compound designed to increase durability and wear life.

The DR 4.3 is an open-shoulder drive pattern designed for a variety of on and mild off-road applications. With a wide center rib, the retread has increased stability and even wear. Its open shoulder design provides strong evacuation and traction in adverse weather conditions along with stronger grip for chains.

The DR 5.3 and 4.3 retreads are designed to accommodate common casing sizes used in truckload, LTL and P&D services and are available in the U.S and Canada.
